Owner - Lead Inspector Hi there! My name is Dan Brower. I'm a born and raised Washington native and a proud member of the Spokane community. I spent five years in the Army as an engineer and paratrooper before settling with my family in Spokane, WA. I am married to a wonderful lady named Amber, and we have two young daughters. I originally launched this business to fill a need to continue helping others after the Army. I have had the distinct pleasure of completing 500+ inspections since I launched this business, and I look forward to serving you too.

Meet the Team.Phil Stokke, CPI
WA LIC# 21006780 Our popularity in the greater Spokane area has allowed us to grow at a constant rate since we opened our doors. Phil is a Certified Professional Inspector who has been a proud member of our team since 2020. Phil originally worked in building material distributions and brings a trained eye for correct installation practices to our firm. His favorite system to inspect is electrical, and he strives to learn something new each day as an inspector. In his personal time he enjoys storm chasing, photography, and spending time with his wife Kate.

A Castle Promise.After we have completed the inspection and you have received the report, we will review the details together. We will not leave until everything is made clear and understandable. Furthermore, if at a later time you need to clarify something, please contact us. We keep a copy of all reports for three years, and will gladly produce our copy, call you back, and go over it together.
